"It's not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves, that will make them successful human beings."
- Ann Landers
In working with 100’s of families, I’ve learned that sleep support is most effective when it’s comprehensive. For years I used the standard support model. It included 2-3 weeks of sleep support and then, unless clients purchased on-going support, that was it. I’ve seen that regressions occur, travel and illness throws sleep off track, nap transitions don’t go well and more. My intention is to help your child learn to sleep well now and on-going.
Tremendous change occurs in the first 18 months of life. While the bulk of your child’s sleep skill acquisition happens in our first 2-3 weeks together, there are big transitions ahead. My high touch, highly personalized support helps families move from survival mode to thrive mode. It’s my absolute joy to help YOU get there!
Following the initial intensive weeks of your sleep package, some of the topics my on-going support will address are:
-
Managing Nap Transitions
-
Improving Early Morning Wakings
-
Dropping the Final Feed
-
Transitioning to Daycare
-
Recovering from Travel or Illness
-
Moving to a New Home or Sleep Space
-
Preparing for a New Sibling
-
Transitioning to Sibling Room Sharing
-
Adjusting to the Spring and Fall Time Changes
